IDENTIFICATION AND RECRUITMENT OF CHILDREN OF MIGRATORY WORKERS
Title I, Part C of ESEA states that all eligible children of migratory workers be identified.
Questionnaires that are completed in application packets in processing plants and in enrollment packets of schools are used to interview families to determine if they qualify for services provided by the Migrant Education Program.
